BeMoved invites you to a 3-Day Dance Intensive in Chicago, IL.

Join Sherry Zunker and the BeMoved Staff for an intensive BeMoved experience. Start each morning with a BeMoved class at two of Chicago's most beautiful and prestigious dance studios: Joffrey Ballet Chicago and Auditorium Theatre's Katten-Landau Studio. Spend time in the studio with Sherry taking a deep dive into BeMoved genres and gaining a richer understanding of the nuance and artistry within BeMoved choreography by focusing on style, inspiration, direction, and movement execution.

What is included

COST: $550 per person includes:

• Day One: Thursday Evening - Welcome Party (cocktails and cuisine)
• Day Two: Friday 10am - 1pm.  BeMoved class with Founder Sherry Zunker, dance enrichment symposium lead by Sherry, followed by a dance genre work session
• Day Three: Saturday 10am - 1pm.  BeMoved class with this year's guest teacher Krista Ledden, dance enrichment Symposium lead by Sherry, followed by a dance genre work session. Evening Event -Dance for Life .
• Day Four: Sunday 11am - 1:30pm. BeMoved Class with Sherry. Final discussion & shared thoughts.
  • OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: Choose to add additional activities to your weekend, such as:
  • Attending the Dance for Life event – an annual fundraiser showcasing the best of Chicago’s professional dance companies performance and post-performance party.
  • Backstage tour of the Auditorium Theatre - a national historic landmark theatre**
  • Architectural Boat Tour - discovering the beauty of Chicago and its architectural history from the vantage point of the Chicago river**
