BeMoved Intensive Guest Teacher Sarah Wake Davies
Sarah Wake Davies Sarah began her show-business journey in the UK, launching a career that would soon take her around the world. Her very first professional contract brought her to Japan, followed by a glamorous summer performing in Cannes on the open-air stage of the Palm Beach Casino. She then joined the iconic Bluebells at the legendary Lido in Paris, cementing her place in the world of international showgirl entertainment. From there, her career continued across continents—including Seoul, South Korea, and Las Vegas, where she performed with Rich Little in Copycats at the historic Sahara Hotel. One of her most unforgettable seasons was in Monte Carlo at the Sporting Club, opening for global legends such as Diana Ross, Dame Shirley Bassey, and Frank Sinatra. Sarah later embarked on a long and diverse career with Royal Caribbean. She began as a Dance Captain before moving shoreside as a rehearsal choreographer, where she first met Sherry Zunker and spent many years restaging Sherry’s choreography for casts worldwide. Sarah eventually joined Royal Caribbean’s producing team, creating an innovative aerial show for seven ships and producing full Broadway titles—including Chicago – The Musical and Cats—for the company’s Oasis Class vessels. Now based in Florida for the past 30 years, Sarah has been a certified BeMoved instructor since 2011. With her lifelong passion for dance, her global stage experience, and her deep commitment to teaching, she is thrilled to be a Guest Instructor at the Brilliance of BeMoved Dance Intensive in Las Vegas—and can’t wait to dance with you!
